All Rng staff are here by instructed that when ever any loco having VCD in isolation condition or becomes defective in en-route, convey the same to TLC/GTL with the following particulars without fail. Isolate VCD in case of buzzer not working at starting station itself.  

1. Loco No.
2. Base.
3. VCD Isolated on.
4. Reason.
5. Isolated by.
6. Action taken/attention paid.
7. VCD Make.

All Running staff to acknowledge and comply the instructions accordingly.
