                Sub:-   Hanging of tarpaulin in goods trains -Reg.

While working of goods trains with tarpaulin covered on to the wagons, hanging from wagons is noticed, train to be stopped at first opportunity and all concern message to be given to controller without fail. The tarpaulin causing severe problem to OHE as well as Block Proving by Axle Counters en-route.

         

All Running staff to acknowledge and comply the instructions accordingly.
